Prices and package contents on the website are a guide, not a public offer. The exact scope, cost and timeline are fixed in the estimate and the contract after the brief. Sending a request does not commit you to anything.

The cost of third-party services — hosting, domains, paid APIs, fonts, stock materials — is not included in the package prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

Website materials

The texts, design, mark and code of the website belong to Mezzotint. You may quote and link to them; you may not copy the website or its design as a whole.

Studies

The “Studies” section contains the studio’s demonstration projects. The Sectio studio and its buildings are fictional; any resemblance to real companies is coincidental. Addresses such as sectio.example are reserved for examples and belong to no one.

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for information only. Obligations between the parties arise only from a contract.

The website may link to third-party resources; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation; if that fails, in the manner established by Polish law and the contract. This does not limit consumers’ rights under the laws of their country of residence.
