Privacy
policy
In short: we collect only what you write in the form yourself, and use it only to reply to you. We do not sell, advertise or track.
01
Who we are
The Mezzotint website and studio, Poznań, Poland. We are the controller of the data you leave on the website.
For any questions about your data, write to mezzotint.info@gmail.com — we will reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
02
What data we receive
From the request form
- the name you provided;
- your contact method — email, Telegram or phone;
- the selected services and the description of your task;
- the page of the website from which the request was sent.
Technical data
- IP address — briefly held in the server’s memory to filter out spam (no more than 5 requests per 10 minutes). It is not written to disk.
- Web server logs — a truncated IP address (without its last part, so it cannot identify a specific device), the time, the address of the requested page and the browser type. They are needed for security and fixing faults, and are kept for no longer than 14 days.
We do not use cookies, advertising or analytics trackers. More in the cookie policy.
03
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your request and preparing a proposal — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Protecting the website against spam and attacks — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Performing the contract, if we have started working together — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We do not use your data for mailings, advertising or automated decision-making about you.
05
How long we keep it
- A request that did not lead to work — up to 12 months, after which we delete it.
- Correspondence and contract documents — for as long as accounting legislation requires.
- Server logs — up to 14 days.
06
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- find out what data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it (right of access);
- have inaccuracies corrected (right to rectification);
- ask us to erase your data or restrict its processing (right to erasure and to restriction of processing);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (right to object);
- receive your data in a machine-readable format in order to transfer it to another provider (right to data portability).
Write to mezzotint.info@gmail.com. If you believe we have infringed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), or the authority of the country where you live or work.

Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the version date at the top. Material changes will not apply to data received earlier without your consent.
