How we work

Transparent
and agreed in advance.

Timelines, revisions, payment and rights to the result — everything people usually ask about before starting. We agree on it once, at the outset, and then work calmly.

01

Getting started

  1. 01

    Request

The form on the website, Telegram or email. A couple of sentences about the task are enough.

  2. 02

    Brief — 30 minutes

A call or written exchange: goals, audience, references, timeline. Free of charge and without obligation.

  3. 03

    Estimate and plan

Within two working days we send the exact scope, cost and a stage-by-stage schedule.

  4. 04

    Contract and advance payment

We put everything in writing. Once signed, the price does not change unless the scope does.

  5. 05

    Work in stages

You see and approve every stage. Once a week — a short progress report.

  6. 06

    Handover and support

We hand over the result and the source files, help with the launch and stay in touch.

02

Timelines

Timelines include a margin and are counted in calendar days from the moment we have the brief, the materials and the advance payment. Most often we finish sooner.

Need it sooner? Tell us at the brief. If our workload allows, we speed things up at no extra charge. If the deadline slips through our fault, we warn you in advance and give a 5% discount for each week of delay, up to 20%.

03

Revisions

A round of revisions is one consolidated list of comments on a stage. Minor fixes such as typos or swapping photos do not count at all.

  • Websites: 3 rounds at each stage — prototype, design, front-end build.
  • Brand identity: 3 concepts to choose from and 3 rounds of revisions on the chosen one; in “System” and “Canon” — 3 rounds at each stage.
  • Presentations: 2 rounds of design revisions; text revisions are unlimited.
  • 3D and motion: 2 rounds at the draft stage (render or animatic) and 1 at the final stage.

If the task changes in substance after a stage has been approved, we first agree on the new scope and price. No surprises on the final invoice.

04

Payment

  • Smaller projects (presentations, “Mark”, “Object”, “Frame”, “Reel”): 50% at the start, 50% once you have accepted the result.
  • “Facade”, “System”, “Canon”, “Scene”, “Space”, “Campaign”: 50% at the start, 50% on acceptance.
  • “Enfilade” and “Ensemble”: in three installments — 30% at the start, 40% once the design is approved, 30% before launch.

Prices are in US dollars. We work under a contract, with invoices and closing documents. The specific payment methods and the invoice currency are set out in the contract; for clients in other countries we find a convenient international transfer option.

If the project stops — for any reason — you pay only for the completed stages. We refund the unused part of the advance payment.

05

Rights and source files

After full payment, the exclusive rights to the result and all working files pass to you: layouts, code in your repository, 3D and motion projects, the brand book in editable form.

  • Fonts, stock photos and music are licensed in your name — we will advise what to buy and where, or help with the paperwork.
  • We show a project in our portfolio only with your consent. If you need confidentiality, we will sign an NDA.

Frequently asked questions

How much will my particular project cost?

The packages give a guide. If the task does not fit a package, we put together a custom estimate after the brief. It is free of charge.

Do I need to prepare texts and photographs?

It helps if you have them, but it is not required. We will propose the structure and draft page copy ourselves, and can arrange copywriting and photography by agreement.

Can we start small and expand later?

Yes. For example, you can start with “Facade” and later grow into “Enfilade” — work already paid for counts towards it, and nothing has to be redone from scratch.

What if I don’t like the result?

We work in stages, and you approve each one — so there are no unpleasant surprises at the end. If you still decide to stop, you pay only for the completed stages.

Who works on the project?

The team is assembled for the task: design, development, 3D and motion. There is one project lead, who is responsible for the result and stays in touch with you from brief to launch.

How will we communicate?

However suits you: Telegram, email, calls. Once a week we send a short report: what has been done and what comes next.

Do you work with clients from other countries?

Yes, we work remotely. Contract, invoices and communication — in Russian or English.
